In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on the oke27 platform. By completing the registration process you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. oke27 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the 21-year minimum age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Residency. oke27 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. By registering an account you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local law, regulation, or ordinance. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

2.3 Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been placed under legal guardianship, or who have self-excluded from oke27 or any other gambling platform, are not eligible to register or hold an active account.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the oke27 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a Restricted Activity and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information. When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Indonesian mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

3.2 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke27 login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you. Notify oke27 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). oke27 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawal requests above Rp 10.000.000 or upon detection of activity that triggers oke27's fraud prevention protocols. KYC documentation may include a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being placed on hold.

3.4 Account Security. oke27 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. oke27 implements brute-force protection, session timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity, and real-time suspicious login notifications. However, oke27 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials.

3.5 Prohibited Account Conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account (whether in your own name or a third party's name).
• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent personal information.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to exploit oke27's markets or bonuses.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with oke27's games or sportsbook without prior written consent from oke27.
• Exploiting any software error, game glitch, or pricing anomaly on the platform. Winnings generated as a result of a verifiable error or glitch may be voided at oke27's discretion.

4.1 Supported Payment Channels. oke27 supports deposits and withdrawals via major Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). oke27 does not apply currency conversion fees; the amount you deposit is the amount credited to your oke27 wallet in full.

4.2 Deposit Terms. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one to five minutes of oke27 receiving confirmed payment. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. oke27 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within approximately five minutes during standard banking hours (07:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals are available 24 hours a day. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. oke27 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal of a Real-Money Balance is available at any time subject to KYC clearance requirements. Withdrawal of a Bonus Balance or winnings derived from a Bonus Balance is subject to the rollover requirements stipulated in the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw a Bonus Balance before rollover requirements are met will result in the Bonus Balance and any related winnings being removed from the account.

4.5 Processing Delays. oke27 is not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, Indonesian interbank payment infrastructure, e-wallet service outages, public holidays affecting banking hours, or events beyond oke27's reasonable control. 4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. oke27 is committed to preventing the use of the platform for money laundering or the financing of any unlawful activity. oke27 reserves the right to flag, delay, or refuse any transaction that oke27's compliance systems identify as potentially suspicious, and to report such transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Deposits that do not result in genuine gaming activity may be subject to review and refund minus applicable processing fees.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers issued by oke27 are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the matters they address.

5.2 Rollover Requirements. Bonus Balances are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable rollover multiple and eligible game contributions are stated in each promotion's specific terms. As a general guide: slot games typically contribute 100% toward rollover; live casino table games typically contribute between 10% and 20%; sportsbook single bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. oke27 reserves the right to vary game contribution percentages without prior notice; current percentages are always displayed in the promotions section of the Member's account dashboard.

5.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Member. Each Member is eligible to claim one welcome bonus package across the oke27 platform. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — whether through creation of duplicate accounts or through any other means — constitute a Restricted Activity.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. oke27 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend accounts where oke27 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to complete rollover without genuine gaming risk, hedging bets across accounts, or exploiting reload bonus structures through rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycling.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. oke27 reserves the right to modify the terms of any active promotion or to withdraw a promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect rollover progress already accumulated by a Member in good faith.

6.1 Game Integrity. All RNG-based games available on the oke27 platform are independently certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. Live casino games operate with real physical outcomes — card shuffles, roulette wheel spins, and dice rolls — conducted by live dealers on camera. oke27 does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner.

Winnings generated as a direct consequence of a verifiable error will not be honoured.

6.5 Prohibited Betting Methods. The use of arbitrage betting strategies, matched betting exploiting oke27's free bet or bonus offers, the use of betting bots or automated scripts, and any form of coordinated betting between multiple accounts are prohibited. Detection of any prohibited betting method will result in voiding of associated winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.1 Commitment. oke27 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a full suite of player-protection tools accessible to every Member at no charge through the account settings panel, without any requirement to contact support first.

7.2 Available Tools. The following tools are available to all Members:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly Rupiah caps on the amount you can deposit.

9.2 Data Retention. oke27 retains Member account data and transaction records for a minimum of five years following account closure or last activity, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations. Data held beyond this minimum retention period will be securely deleted or anonymised.

9.3 Communications. By registering an account you consent to receiving transactional communications from oke27 — including account verification messages, deposit and withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, and support responses — via email and SMS to your registered contact details. Marketing communications are subject to separate opt-in consent and may be managed through your account notification preferences.

10.1 Platform Availability. oke27 operates a 99.9% uptime target but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. oke27 accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond oke27's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, and cyberattacks.

10.2 Gaming Losses. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. oke27 accepts no liability for losses you sustain as a result of placing wagers on the platform, regardless of whether those losses arise from your own decisions, from the outcome of certified fair games, or from the settlement of legitimately priced sportsbook markets.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. To the extent permitted by applicable law, oke27's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of Real-Money Balance deposits made by you to oke27 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Consequential Loss. In no event shall oke27 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm, or loss of business opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if oke27 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 oke27's Right to Suspend. oke27 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account — with or without prior notice — where oke27 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in any Restricted Activity, provided false registration information, or where account suspension is required to comply with applicable law or a lawful regulatory or governmental order.

11.2 Effect of Suspension. Upon account suspension, access to the platform will be revoked immediately. Any pending withdrawal requests that were submitted in good faith prior to the suspension trigger event will be reviewed individually. Balances associated with accounts suspended for fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions may be forfeited in whole or in part at oke27's discretion following investigation.

11.3 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request the permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting oke27 support via live chat. Before account closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining in your wallet will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC clearance. Account closure does not affect oke27's right to retain your data in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

11.4 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. oke27 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to the Real-Money Balance of a dormant account. Members will be notified by email to their registered address before any dormancy fee is applied. No dormancy fees will reduce a Real-Money Balance below zero.

12.1 Right to Amend. oke27 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email to their registered email address and/or via an on-platform notification displayed upon next login, a minimum of 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, re-numbering of clauses, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Members — may take effect without advance notice.

12.2 Acceptance of Amendments. Your continued use of the oke27 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact oke27 support to initiate account closure before the amendment's effective date.

12.3 Version History. The current effective version of these Terms & Conditions is always published at oke27.ws/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed in the page header reflects the date on which the most recently published version came into force.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oke27's operating entity is incorporated, as notified to Members upon request.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and oke27 arising from your use of the platform, we encourage you to first contact oke27 support via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. oke27 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to providing a substantive resolution decision within 30 business days of receiving all relevant information.

13.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and oke27 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
